Many organisations like the Red Cross and governments believe that not enough people have first aid kits and first aid supplies at home or at work and that not enough people know what to do if they see somebody having a stroke for example or any of the first aid moves that could save lives.
It exists many different places where you can follow these first aid training courses all over the United Kingdom or in any other country.
